Jane helped me buy my very first home and then years later helped me sell it for $25k more. She sold that first townhouse within a month at the asking price when other realtors told me it wouldn't sell at such a high price. She also was my buyer's agent when I moved to Lancaster to buy my rancher. She got the price of the house down that I wanted and helped me through the process. I have used her three times and won't use anyone else. When you find a great realtor, you're lucky. I recommend going with Jane from the start and know you're getting great service than trust anyone else with such a large purchase. Large transactions aren't worth toying between realtors that have any negative reviews.

Such a great lady and so experienced in all of the needs for what we were looking for. Buying and selling a home at the same time is always a lot to take on.
