We found Jane to be very professional, honest and helpful when having to make choices, filling out electronic forms, & seeking advice. She was always there to answer a question or provide help. Believe me, I had a lot of questions! Always had my phone calls answered or calls returned quickly. Our settlement was scheduled very quickly & went off without any problems. Jane had all the prep work done & gave us a notebook with copies of all our documents. Very thorough! (A trait sadly lacking in most people today). Most importantly, we chose Jane because we knew we could trust her. Jane acted as our advocate. Jane was a pleasure to work with.
