Jane was exactly what I needed in a realtor. She was helpful from the start of my house hunt. I moved from out of state (9 hours away) and she made sure that I got the full house hunting experience in the 48 hours I was in York. She was helpful with negotiations and worked extensively with my lender to make sure I would close on time. She also gave me plenty of information about the York and surrounding areas. She even arranged out-of-state closing to make buying a home even smoother for me.

Jane was so helpful from the beginning. I moved from out of state and she made the process so smooth for me. She gave me honest opinions of the homes we saw in the day and a half I was in York. She also told me tips and tricks to the area. She worked with my lender so I didn't have to go through multiple chains of emails. She made the process of buying a home for the first time smooth and amazing.
