Jane proceeded promptly with the listing so that my vacation property was ready for showing over the important Memorial Day sales weekend. She alone did a great job of staging the property for sale as I was in Oregon and could not assist with that step. She kept me informed of showings on a daily basis and promptly communicated offers. The contract process went smoothly and communication continued on a timely basis through settlement. All in all, an excellent brokerage representation.
