Before we listed with Kim she came to our house and made suggestions that would help our house show better (when you live there, you overlook many things that are part of your daily life). After signing with Kim she put our house into an every two weeks Open House rotation. Kim was very enthusiastic and upbeat - helpful when you are trying to sell your house. She communicated very effectively, timely and provided honest feedback and opinions on decisions that needed to be made. And very importantly to us (we were out of town), she kept an eye on our house, helped us with contractors, and regularly reported back to us on situations.
