She was so helpful by meeting contractors and doing all the extra leg work needed. She worked very hard to make sure that whatever was needed was done she was very professional and personal. The upstairs of house needed to be completed and Kim met each contractor that came and gave bids and every time one backed out she found another one. Both buyer and myself (seller) could not have asked more

Kim was incredible throughout the entire home/land search process. Very patiently, she helped guide us until we found the perfect place. Kim eagerly coordinated property showings and was always available for us, even last minute. Kim made sure that everything was perfect all the way through settlement. Kim was wonderful with all aspects of our home purchase. Their were a bit more steps involved then the normal process but it didn't slow Kim down one bit. She was always available and made us feel as if every one of our questions were as important to her as they were to us.

Kim was fantastic! From the first time I called her she was nice and genuinely excited to help us find a home. She was always sending us house listings and was very quick to book the appt to see the listings before they got snatched. She was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the realastate world (which was a relief as I am not even remotely savvy in this area). In about a month she found us the perfect home! We couldn't be happier!! Thank you Kim!

VERY open and honest and seems to have OUR best interest in mind. I trust her and appreciate how hard she works for us. Our house has not yet sold, but she has done more dor us than any realtor in the past. She is quick to respond to calls and texts and is always pleasant and fun to work with.
